Abstract:Fourteen DNA samples, of which 2 cultivated and 12 wild rices, were amplified for random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis with 18 random primers, and 147 polymorphic bands were obtained. The genetic similarity coefficient was calculated by UPGMA cluster analysis.
