    Abstract:

    In order to precise identification Eucalyptus germplasms, twenty-eight germplasms of Eucalyptus were classified by using 4 SSR loci with complete conservation sequence. According to the multiplicity of microsatellite and the specific bases in associated flanking region (FR) sequences, the identification barcodes among the 28 species of Eucalyptus were constructed, and 9 species of Eucalyptus were precisely identified. Therefore, these would provide the biological basis for hybrid breeding of Eucalyptus.
