BAO Ying-Hua，BAI Yin，TAN Qing-Hui，PENG Ling,QUE Sheng-Quan
Five methods of genomic DNA extraction from D. loddigesii Rolfe were compared. DNA was detected by electrophoresis, UV and RAPD-PCR. DNA bands showed that the modified CTAB and carbamide methods are better than the other four methods including CTAB, carbamide, high salt and low pH, SDS and Chen methods.
