    摘要:

    万寿菊(Tagetes erecta)作为一种可观、可药、可食的新型资源植物,其花朵中富含天然叶黄素,是提取植源性天然叶黄素的优质原料。天然叶黄素生物安全性好,已被广泛用于医疗和食品领域。随着叶黄素需求量的不断上升,高品质、高叶黄素含量万寿菊的选育与遗传改良具有重要意义。该文综述了万寿菊叶黄素结构与功能、提取工艺与检测方法、生物合成相关调控基因和稳定储存影响因素等方面的研究进展,最后对万寿菊叶黄素合成调控机理解析及新优品系选育进行了展望,以期为万寿菊产业健康发展提供支撑。

    Abstract:

    Marigold (Tagetes erecta) is a new type of resource plant with ornamental, medicinal, and edible values. The marigold flowers are rich in natural xanthophyll, which makes it the quality raw materials for xanthophyll extraction. The natural xanthophyll is generally regarded as safe and has been widely used in medicine and food industries. With the increasing demand of xanthophyll, there are great demand for breeding of marigold cultivar with high quality and high xanthophyll content. The research progresses on the structure and function of marigold xanthophyll, its extraction and detection technologies, and regulatory genes related to biosynthesis and factors affecting stable storage of marigold xanthophyll were summarized. At last, the research on the regulatory mechanism of xanthophyll biosynthesis and producing elite marigold cultivar to sustain the marigold industry were prospected.
