    为了解斑驳病毒对‘牛尾’山药叶片光合作用的影响,对不同病害程度的‘牛尾’山药叶片的叶绿素和光合日变化进行了测定。结果表明,轻病植株的叶片叶绿素a和总叶绿素显著低于健康植株,重病植株的叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素也较健康植株低,但轻病植株与健康植株间无显著差异。斑驳病毒侵染山药后,轻病和重病植株的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均低于健康植株,但胞间CO2浓度与健康植株间无显著差异。这表明山药感染斑驳病毒后光合效率下降,从而导致生理机能受到影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to understand the effect of mottle virus on the photosynthesis of yam (Dioscorea opposite) ‘Niuwei’, the diurnal changes in chlorophyll and photosynthesis in leaves with different degrees of mottle virus disease were measured. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll of mildly infected plants were significantly lower than those of healthy plants, and the contents of chlorophyll b and carotenoids of seriously infected plants were also lower than those of healthy plants, but there was no significant difference in chlorophyll b and carotenoids between mildly infected plants and healthy plants. After mottle virus infected yam, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of mildly and seriously infected plants were also lower than those of healthy plants, but the intercellular CO2 concentration had not significant difference from that of healthy plants. Therefore, it was indicated that the photosynthetic efficiency of yam decreased after infected with mottled virus, thus causing the physiological function to be affected.
