慢原甲藻――南海热带附生甲藻新记录

Prorocentrum rhathymum ――A New Record of Epiphytic Dinoflagellates in South China Sea

摘要:

从海南陵水新村港分离出1株附生原甲藻,在光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜下进行形态学特征分析，并结合核糖体18S rRNA基因序列分析，鉴定为慢原甲藻(Prorocentrum rhathymum)，为国内首次报道。国内曾将该种与墨西哥原甲藻(Prorocentrum mexicanum)归为同种异名。

Abstract:

The morphological characteristics of an epiphytic dinoflagellates isolated from Xincun Harbor waters, Hainan Province was observed under light microscope and scanning electron microscope, and its 18S rRNA sequence was analysed. The strain was identified as Prorocentrum rhathymum，a new record from China, which was once reported as Prorocentrum mexicanum in South China Sea for synonym.
