肥牛木叶的酚类成分研究

Phenolic Constituents from the Leaves of Cephalomappa sinensis

摘要:

从肥牛木（Cephalomappa sinensis）叶乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到了5个酚性成分，经波谱分析确定其结构分别为：没食子酸（1），原儿茶酸（2），没食子酸乙酯（3），阿魏酸（4），山奈酚3-O-α-L-广鼠李糖苷（5）。以上化合物均为首次从该植物叶中分离得到。

Abstract:

Five phenolic compounds, gallic acid （1）, protocatechuic acid （2）, ethyl gallate （3）, ferulic acid （4）, and kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside （5）, were isolated from the leaves of Cephalomappa sinensis. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses （IR, NMR, MS） and the spectral data were compared with those in literatures. All the compounds were isolated from this species for the first time.
