16S rDNA and nifA Gene Sequence Analysis of Rhizobium Strain HJ06 Isolated from Acacia crassicarpa

对厚荚相思(Acacia crassicarpa)根瘤菌HJ06菌株的16S rDNA全序列利nifA基因片段进行了测定。结果表明,HJ06菌株在以16S rDNA序列构建的系统发育树状图中位于根瘤菌属(Rhizobium)分支中,与根痛菌属各个种的相似性达95%以上;从HJ06菌株克隆出的585 bp nifa基因片段与Klebsiella pneumoniae的同源性达到99.3%,与Klebsiella oxytoca的NifF,NifL,NifA,NifB蛋白基因的同源性为97.8%。
Abstract:
The determination of full-length 16S rDNA sequence and nifA gene segments of root nodule bacterium strain HJ06 isolated from Acacia crassicarpa showed that strain HJ06 had above 95% similarity with the genus Rhizobium. The nifA gene segments of HJ06 have 99.3% isogenesis with nifA genes of Klebsiella pneumoniae and 97.8% isogenesis with genes ofNifF, NifL, NifA and NifB proteins of K. oxytoca.
