Ecosystem of Savanna in Africa

摘要:

介绍了非洲稀树草原的生态系统研究概况,涵盖了生理生态、生态系统评估、火、灌木入侵并丛生、植被动态、植被退化和恢复以及生态系统管理策略等内容。在此基础上提出了非洲稀树草原生态系统管理的研究趋势。

Abstract:

Savanna is the largest biome in southern Africa which repre sents 46% of the total area. Most savanna are used for grazing mainly by cattle and goat. This paper reviews the recent researches on savanna in main aspects in cluding eco-physiology, ecosystem assesment, fire, bush encroachment, succession aldynamics, vegetation degradation and restoration, and ecosystem management strategies.
