    摘要:

    5mmol/Lca2抑制花生叶片果糖-1,6-二磷酸酯酶、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸磷酸酯酶、丙酮酸激酶和NADP-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶活性。以含0、5、15mmol/LCa2+的Hoagland营养液培养花生幼苗,在5mmol/LCa2+条件下,果糖-1,6二磷酸酯酶和磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶活性最高,0、15mmol/LCa2+均使酶活性降低,光合速率亦呈现相同变化趋势。丙酮酸激酶活性在缺Ca2+时最高,与呼吸速率变化相同。15mmol/LCa2+提高了叶绿素含量。

    Abstract:

    The activities of fructose 1,6-bisphosphatase, NAD-dspendent glyceraldehyde-3-phosphatedehydrogenase, phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase, phosphoenolpyruvate phosphatase and pyruvate kinase isolated from peanut leaves were inhibited by 5 mmol/L of Ca2+. When peanut sablings weregrown in Hoagland solution containing 0, 5 or 15 mmol/L of Ca2+, fructose 1,6-bisphosphalase(FBPase) and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPCase) showed the highest aedvity at 5 mmol/Lof Ca2+, but the highest aCtivity of pyruvate kinase (PK) was found at 0 mmol/L Ca2+.Photosynthetic and respiratory rates showed a similar changing trend as the activities of FBPase,PEPCase and PK. The high concentration of Ca2+ (15 mmol/L) enhance the chlorophyll content.
