    摘要:

    1 ppm Nd3+能够明显促进GA3对α-淀粉酶的诱导,使该酶活性提高 70%,并降低半粒小麦电解质外渗.Nd3+的主要效应之一在于缩短GA_3作用的滞后期。其增效现象在GA3诱导α-淀粉酶的线性浓度范围内,均较显著.Nd3+本身不能诱导α-淀粉酶,未发现其对离体酶活性与还原糖显色有影响.

    Abstract:

    lppm Nd3+ promoted the α-amylase activity induced by gibberellic acid at concentrations from 10-9 to 10-7 mol/L in, embryoless. wheat seed The activity of α-amylase in the seed treated with lppm Nd3+ and 10-8 mol/L GA3 was 70% more than that just treated with GA3. Nd3+(lppm) did not induce α-amylase activity and did not affect the enzyme activity in vitro, but it shortened the stagnant time of GA3 action. It abo decreased the electroconductivity of the medium in which the embryoless seeds were cultured.
